A Strategy Consultant and Operations Manager with a focus on Leadership and Sustainability, focused on turning complex business challenges into executable plans that improve performance, reduce risk, and drive growth.  Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked across Canada and international markets in strategy, operations, business development, and project delivery. I specialize in diagnosing how organizations actually run, mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and translating priorities into clear requirements, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. My work often sits at the intersection of business and execution: aligning stakeholders, building partnerships, and moving initiatives from concept through design, delivery, and handover while strengthening client relationships along the way.  

As the founder of Peiro Dynamics, I support SMEs and growth-stage teams with strategic planning, operational streamlining, enterprise risk analysis, and structured execution. I bring a systems mindset, strong stakeholder communication, and advanced Excel-driven analysis to help teams make better decisions and deliver change with discipline. I am also familiar with organizational and individual coaching methodologies aligned with ICF frameworks, which support my ability to lead change, improve adoption, and elevate performance standards within organizations.  I am actively pursuing other opportunities where I can contribute to operations improvement, business analysis, business development, project delivery, and strategy execution.
