​The story begins with Reza Peiro standing beside his father in Iran’s bustling textile markets at the age of nine. Through hands-on experience in the trading of fabrics and goods, he developed a sharp business instinct that evolved into a full-scale national distribution practice. These were the first threads in a lifelong pattern of entrepreneurial success.

As his ventures expanded into commercial real estate in Tehran, Reza moved into residential development in Shiraz. His projects introduced modern facades and new living standards across the city. What started as low-rise buildings soon transformed into multifamily residences and high-rises that reshaped entire neighborhoods.

Seventeen years ago, Reza and his company set a new benchmark by developing Shiraz’s first private medical complexes. These projects were built with international standards and brought a new model of healthcare infrastructure to the city. Today, with more than six major complexes completed, their name is synonymous with excellence in medical and residential development.

Two major immigration phases followed. First to Dubai, then to Vancouver. These moves opened doors to strategic trading channels and expanded the family’s investment footprint across three continents. With holdings in Canada, Iran, and the UAE, the business evolved into a sophisticated international enterprise.

Over the last decade, Milad and Mahyar Peiro brought new energy to the team. Milad sharpened the firm’s core around strategic consulting and business planning. Mahyar strengthened the network through financial advisory and real estate intelligence. Together, the next generation has expanded the Peiro vision into a modern consulting platform rooted in legacy, precision, and foresight.
